Hello, my TV box is not working. We have two boxes and the one that is not working is the one with the recording capability (the older one). It was misbehaving (not recording, being generally temperamental) so tried the software update and factory reset options and now it doesn’t start, stuck on the warming up screen. Please can you replace the box. Thanks.
