TV box stuck on loading screen

Tried everything to get box to work but nothing helps. Do I need a new box? If so, how can I get one when phone lines cut off?

Hi

 

Can you please add your home phone number or Account number to your Community Profile so I can locate your details.

 

If unsure of your phone number, simply dial 17070 from your land line phone and this will confirm the number for you.

 

Please reply when this has been updated.

I have the same issue, the lights keep flashing on start up when I finally stops I can only get pre pay channels, when I try and retune the channels it freezes and have to start the process again.

I have tried to call but to no avail and this is a newish box.

Please can some one advise
