TV box stuck on waking up

Hi, my set-top box is stuck on waking up. I've tried maintenance mode (couldn't get to it, wont go past waking up screen) also turning on and off and left overnight to see if that has helped - still not working.

 

Any help greatly appreciated

Hi

 

Can you please add your home phone number or Account number to your Community Profile so I can locate your details.

 

If unsure of your phone number, simply dial 17070 from your land line phone and this will confirm the number for you.
