Again my box will show only subscribed channels I’ve completed factory reset, soft reset to no avail I'm constantly retuning  the Ariel works without the box so cause on your side 2 weeks ago this was sorted with help on phone but now no answer please help it’s hard at home with no apps/ catch up & regular channels

Hi @cathy1414 

Did you re-enable Antenna out after the reset as it defaults to off following a reset?

Blue/menu button on remote > Settings > Picture and sound > Antenna out.

Thank you so much after trying all possible ways to re set this tip from you solved the problem.

will keep this in mind as this happened when decorating and my husband removed plug in the wall.
