Hello my TV players are not working on my TV. It said to check to router connections and restart the router which I’ve done but to no avail. One of the paired plugs (which the yellow cable plugs into) is not lighting up as usual. Do you think it could be broken and if so could you send me a replacement? Kind regards, Rachel Walker
