Unable to view recordings & all new recordings Fail

Hi,

 

I have found that recently I cannot view any of my recordings, just a black screen and no sound. All my subsequent recordings appear to fail.

 

I have read a similar thred andhave done a soft front panel reset x 2 and a maint mode keep recordings reset too. No Joy!

If a maintenance reset has not resolved this, then the next option is to try the full factory reset from the youview settings menu.

 

This will however remove all current recordings.   Once done, set the box back up and try a fresh recording and see if it records and will playback.
