Waking Up Screen

First Timer

My you view box will not progress from the waking up screen.

ive followed previous members advice and gone into maintenance mode and have gone through system update (recommended), update via USB without loosing recordings and now finally factory reset loosing recordings.

ive now got an error message System start up error (101).


the text online help is woefully inadequate under these circumstances I’ve now spent the best part of 6hrs getting to this point and whoever it is has accepted they can’t fix it and will be sending a new box out
