Hi, on behalf of my mum. She has TalkTalk TV and is receiving error messages saying that the signal is weak and interference on multiple channels. She has a communal ariel and this has been confirmed as working correctly. Other tenants are using Talktalk without issue.
Would it be possible to run a check to see if her TalkTalk box is faulty. Thanks in advance. I've already rebooted the box, and reset to factory settings.
