Weak signal message & picture Break up

Hi, on behalf of my mum. She has TalkTalk TV and is receiving error messages saying that the signal is weak and interference on multiple channels.  She has a communal ariel and this has been confirmed as working correctly. Other tenants are using Talktalk without issue. 

 

Would it be possible to run a check to see if her TalkTalk box is faulty. Thanks in advance. I've already rebooted the box, and reset to factory settings.

Thanks for that. I did see on the news last night about this. I probably jumped the gun a bit. but thank you for the reply. All fixed today.
