My Youview box has stopped working over a month ago,factory reset not working, it just wont wake up, the blue and red lights keep going back and forth.
I'll swap out the TV box for you, one is on the way.

My Youview box also stopped working about a week before Christmas. I have tried resetting it, but it still won't wake up. As above, the start-up lights just keep going back and forth.
I'm sorry to hear this. Please can you create your own thread and we can look into this further for you.
