you view plus box woes

You view box not working correctly. Have tried all help suggestions inc factory reset ( lost all recordings)  All software up to date. Box no longer recording, pausing live TV, or fast forwarding. Have to power off/on constantly to get it to work at all. It's  a Huawei box. Help!
