Stop sending emails saying you tried to contact me when you clearly haven't, twice and then saying you will close my complaint!

hi what was the reason for a complaint as in what area as if u post in the help side the team can look at it for u and see what is going on with it.
posting on here will not get help or the issue sorted and it can not stop emailing u
