Internet freezes and buffers every 5-10 minutes

Hi

My talktalk broadband keeps constantly freezing and buffering every 5-10 minutes for the last 2 days, I tried changing channels but that didn't help at all, I have reset the router and tried everything your usually asked to do!

Really irritating and driving me nuts! Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this problem?I have the big sagem router
