Hello,

 

I need urgent help connecting to my work VPN network (PPTP). PPTP is being blocked and I need it working as I work from home. 

 

Please could you assist?

Hi @Gaurav86,

 

This will probably have been caused by the firmware upgrading to a new version.

 

The support team here will be able to help, they will probably be able to fix it by changing some router settings or changing the firmware, they will hopefully be able to reply tomorrow.

Just to add I have spoken to my IT department and he has checked everything is fine from this end and it is a problem with my TT broadband connecting to the VPN. I have tried to reboot my router but no luck after trying this. Also, turned off scam protector as advised over the phone.
