Hi 

having trouble connecting to internet last 3 days when first turn on computer. I have to turn it off and turn it on again and it eventually works also cant get on ebay keeps saying I don't have permision.

Please can you elaborate?

 

  1. What make\model of router do you have?
  2. What are you turning off the router or PC?
  3. How do you connect to the router, via a wired (Ethernet) or wireless connection?
  4. When you try to connect, do you get any error messages & if so, what exactly do they say?
