I've made the email and incidents team aware of the issue with us blocking hotmail and Outlook. Hopefully, they'll put a quick fix in.

If they are being sent from hotmail/outlook addresses, there's a known issue today.

 

No knowing how long it will take to resolve, with the New Year bank holiday etc, @RAYGAFF.
