HI EE are offering 74Mb/s estimated download speed and 34Mb/s minimum guaranteed speed.

Can someone explain how this compares to my TT Fibre 65 plan?

If and its a big "if" what happens to my TT email address as it is my main e mail addy?

My TT plan is due for renewal in July 23

Thanks

Morning,

How are you getting on? Did you try a 30 minute router power down as this can help clear the session and can often increase the throughput speeds?

Thanks

Thank you.

I will reboot the router tonight and run another test.

Thanks again

The support team will be more than happy to look into the speed issue for you, this topic has already been escalated so no need to start another, they will hopefully respond here tomorrow.
