Good morning,

How has your connection been since your last post? Do you still need our assistance with this?

Thanks

Morning,

I'm really sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line now which is clear and the line is showing in sync. How has your connection been since your last post?

Thanks

Michelle

I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and investigate it for you. They are nothing like the Service Centre, they will get this sorted for you.

They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.

Tried that, done all the common sense steps and always the same result.

According to TalkTalk they are stating its an issue at the exchange and Openreach engineer to attend.

This is the third time with the same issue since the end of March, it works then fails.

Same ole story can't issue replacement as ticket still open.

Frustrating that it's the same issue time and time again.

Been with TalkTalk for well over 15 years and seriously now considering leaving.

Never had any problems like this until March.

No changes made my end, and it's just seems router is poor quality and fails.

Talktalk bot, online chat and over the phone never helpful.

Still waiting for compensation from over 6 days of previous loss of service.

I would not recommend TalkTalk to anyone, sad that their issues on reliance will now false me to leave...no option ad product is not reliable.

A replacement router is required.

Thank you for suggesting some help bit as I mentioned done that....learnt what to do last two times and they never work.

Very frustrated customer.

This is not necessarily a broken router, it could be a line issue. What happens if you move the router to the test socket behind the master socket's removable faceplate (if you have that design) temporarily via a new microfilter?
