Hi, I am now connected to Full Fibre and no longer need to keep spare devices that I have had in the past. Please could you send me the correct bags and labels to return them? I have the following:

3 routers in long boxes, 1 HG633 in a smaller box, 3 extenders in small boxes and various loose cables, plugs and filters.

Good morning Debbie,

I received a bag and label on Saturday and I will be sending the first parcel back this morning. I estimate I will need at least another 2 bags as they are not very big.

I have now escalated this to our warehouse team to investigate why the returns bag hasn't arrived yet. I've asked them to send this out ASAP.
