My existing set top box (Talktalk Plus) will not allow me to watch ITVX.  What should I do?

@Cilla01# Hi,
Please start your own thread as each case is considered unique and it is easier for support to be given to one person per thread and also less confusing.

Also your comments bear no relation to this customers issues.


To start your thread click the Browse button, then Help With Your Service and select the appropriate category. You will then see a Blue Button "Start A Topic"
Please also note that you should only post back on that thread and not start another on the same topic as multiple posts cause delay to you and others seeking help.

TT has the most unhelpful customer service currently existing. I have issue with new TT box. No sound

 All things have been tried. Been on phone for hour and quarter. They will do EVERYTHING but solve the problem. They will do everything to avoid sending an engineer. I am currently watching TV, in bed, on tablet. No sound. Get a grip TT.What does customer satisfaction mean? Pxxxed off with you. They are sending another box. NO CONFIDENCE WHATSOEVER!!!!
