You can manage your landline phone usage in My Account. Our phone bars give you complete control over the calls made from your landline, which means no nasty surprises on your bill.
Types of bar
We offer 3 different bars that are simple to add or remove:
- International Bar - this blocks calls to international numbers from your landline (charges apply)
- Premium Rate Bar - this blocks calls to premium rate numbers from your landline
- Mobile Bar - this blocks calls to mobiles from your landline
Add or remove a bar
To add or remove any of the above bars:
- Log into My Account
- Select the Profile & Settings tab in the navigation menu
- Select My Telephone Settings from the dropdown menu
- Add or remove bars in the Bar Features section using the tick boxes
- Then select Update
The changes will show on your account straight away and your bars will become active within 24 hours.
