It's important to keep your email address up to date so you can access My Account, and so we can contact you about your account and let you know when your bill is ready.
You can change your My Account email address at any time by following the steps below:
- Log into My Account
- Select Profile & Settings from the navigation menu, then select My Details & Passwords
- Select the Login details tile
- Select Change email address and enter your new email address then Save Changes
We'll send you a verification message to your new email address which you'll need to accept to complete the change, simply follow the link in the email. Forgotten your login details? Don't worry, check out forgotten My Account username for help.

- Log onto your TalkTalk PLUS app
- Select the More tab
- Select Personal details
- Select Email address
- Once you've updated your details, select Continue
You'll be sent a verification code to the email address you provided - Enter the verification code, select Continue
