You'll receive your free Freesat 4K TV box up to 5 working days after going live with us. When it arrives, simply connect it to your satellite dish and your new TalkTalk Wi-Fi hub and you're good to go.
Included in the offer is a Freesat 500GB Recordable 4K TV Box.

Handy tip: to make sure you have the latest software on your box, complete a quick reboot after you’ve finished your installation. Check the latest software version available.

All Freesat TV boxes come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty as standard. The warranty starts from the date of supply of the product to you and lasts for one year. Please note, if your existing satellite dish is still under warranty (typically 12 months), we advise you check that using it to receive Freesat will not affect your warranty terms before you install any other equipment.
If you're within your cooling off period you can contact us with your order number to arrange a return.
Freesat have over 170 TV and radio channels on their TV box, including many in HD, all subscription free.You also get access to some of the UK's favourite OnDemand and Catch Up players including BBCiPlayer and YouTube, along with Pay OnDemand services like Netflix, BritBox and Prime Video.
