Receiving Your hardware Gift
You'll receive your free hardware gift via DHL within 45 days of your contract start date. We'll text you with delivery instructions nearer the time of delivery. DHL will require you to be in for your delivery. You can always reschedule if needed by using the tracking information we'll send to you.
You'll receive your free hardware gift within 45 days of your contract start date via DHL. If you haven't received your delivery or any delivery information via text by this time, please contact us so we can look into this for you.
We'll send you a text with delivery instructions a few days before your delivery is due. If you're not going to be in for your delivery you'll be able to use the rescheduling options available via DHL.
We'll do everything we can to ensure your free hardware gift arrives safely and in full working order. If for any reason this isn't the case, please contact us and one of our customer service team will happily look to resolve this as quickly as possible for you.
