How do I change my preferences?
- Log into My Account
- Select Profile & Settings from the navigation menu
- Select My Details & Passwords from the dropdown menu
- In the My preferences section, select Marketing preferences
- Tick or untick the box next to each mode of communication you'd like us to use to get in touch with you. When you're done, select Save my preferences to confirm your changes.
It can take up to 28 days for your changes to take effect.
How do I opt out of receiving any promotional material?
Door drops are marketing materials that are sent out without a specific addressee. If you wish to prevent door drops then you can follow the instructions on the Royal Mail website to opt out of leaflets or unaddressed mail. We do not have direct control over individual addresses that door drops reach.
