Manage your marketing preferences

It's up to you if you receive marketing from us, and let us know what you’re interested in hearing about, in My Account.


How do I change my preferences?

  1. Log in to My Account
  2. From the My Details menu, click on My Information, My Choice.
  3. Click through to Manage preferences.

If you change your marketing preferences at any time this can take up to 28 days to complete.


How do I opt out of receiving any promotional material?

Door drops are marketing materials that are sent out without a specific addressee. If you wish to prevent door drops then you can follow the instructions on the Royal Mail website to opt out of leaflets or unaddressed mail. TalkTalk does not have direct control over individual addresses that door drops reach.
