Appointing a Nominated User enables someone to discuss various aspects of your account including balance enquires and call charges. They can also make payments on your behalf.
To get an application form you'll need to get in touch, then fill in your details and have your Nominated User complete their section. Once you've completed the form simply return it to us using the address on the form.
