Registering for My Account

My Account is our online billing and account management system. We think that it's the best way to view your bills and get the most from your TalkTalk services.

Benefits of My Account

My Account is the quickest way to manage your TalkTalk services all in one place:

  • Manage your services like your boosts, calling features and billing preferences without calling our customer services team
  • Manage your payments - make one-off payments, change your payment due date and update your bank details 
  • Save money on your bills with our great value boosts, calling features and online billing
  • View and download your bills in a printable format as soon as they become available
  • Change your passwords online including your broadband, email or My Account password
  • Keep track of your TalkTalk orders or book a home move
  • Register any accessibility needs you require on your account


Signing up for My Account

 The first time you use My Account, you'll need to complete the registration process. Head over to My Account and select the Register tab. You'll be asked to enter your email address, account number, full name, date of birth and postcode. Select Continue and follow the on screen instructions. Once you've registered, you'll have access to your My Account dashboard where you can easily manage all of your TalkTalk services.


During the registration process, you can choose whether you would like to receive online or paper billing. Online billing is provided free of charge, which can save you money every year compared to paper billing.

If you select online billing we won't send a paper bill via the post. Instead, we'll send you an e-mail to let you know when your bill is available to view in My Account.
