My Account is our online billing and account management system. We think that it's the best way to view your bills and get the most from your TalkTalk services.
My Account is the quickest way to manage your TalkTalk services all in one place:
The first time you use My Account, you'll need to complete the registration process. Head over to My Account and select the Register tab. You'll be asked to enter your email address, account number, full name, date of birth and postcode. Select Continue and follow the on screen instructions. Once you've registered, you'll have access to your My Account dashboard where you can easily manage all of your TalkTalk services.
During the registration process, you can choose whether you would like to receive online or paper billing. Online billing is provided free of charge, which can save you money every year compared to paper billing.
If you select online billing we won't send a paper bill via the post. Instead, we'll send you an e-mail to let you know when your bill is available to view in My Account.
