My Account is our online billing and account management system. We think that it is the best way to view your bills and get the most from your TalkTalk services.
The first time you use My Account you will need to complete the registration process. You will be asked for some details about your account to complete registration. During the registration process, you can choose whether you would like to receive online or paper billing. Online billing is provided free of charge, which can save you £24 a year compared to paper billing.
If you select online billing we will not send a paper bill via the post. Instead, we will send you an e-mail to let you know when your bill is available online and link to view it.
If you have already completed registration for My Account you can log in and change your phone and broadband billing preferences to online billing now.
Manage your services
Once you are registered for My Account, you can manage your services without calling the customer services team. You will be able to add and remove boosts and calling features from your account as you wish.
Monitor your usage
You can keep an eye on your home phone usage in the unbilled calls section, and the broadband usage section lets you see how much you have downloaded.
Save money on your bills
In addition to our calling circle and online billing, there are plenty of other ways to save money on your bills such as our great value boosts.
Manage your payments
You are able to manage your Direct Debit or make a one-off payment (not applicable to mobile). You can also update your bank details to change the account that your direct debit payments are taken from.
View and download your bills
Your last 12 bills will be available to view. If you need to keep your bills for longer than this you can either print them or save a copy on your computer.
Manage your passwords
You can change your broadband password, email password, and My Account password online.
Track your order
You can track your TalkTalk order in My Account and check your delivery details are correct.
Manage your accessibility settings
You can now register any accessibility needs you may require onto your account rather than getting in touch.
Head over to My Account, and select the Register now link, you'll be asked to enter your email address, this is either the email address you've already provided us with or the one you intend to use for My Account then select Continue and follow the on screen instructions. Remember you'll need to have your TalkTalk telephone and your account number to hand to complete registration.
It is not possible to register for My Account more than once with the same email address. If you have more than one TalkTalk account, you would need to use a different email address each time you register. If you are still having problems registering for My Account, please get in touch.
