If you fall too far behind on your bill payments, we may put a bar on your account. This means you won't be able to use your services and you'll see the below error message when you try to use your broadband:
We have been trying to contact you to advise you that there is an outstanding issue with your account. Until the issue has been resolved, we have applied a restriction to your services.
To remove a bar on your account and gain access to your services again, you'll need pay your outstanding balance.
If you're seeing the above error message and your account is no longer barred, you'll need to refresh your Internet connection by restarting your router. Simply turn your router off at the mains and leave it off for 30 minutes. When you're ready, switch it back on and wait for it to fully boot up. Once it's booted, you may need to reconnect your devices to Wi-Fi.
