A PIN is a 4-8 digit code that you’ll need to enter to activate your SIM every time you turn your mobile phone on. It’s not activated by default and you'll need to turn it on and then change it on your mobile to something more personal to you.
The default PIN setting for your TalkTalk SIM card is 1234
If you've entered your PIN incorrectly 3 times in a row, you'll require a Personal Unblocking Key (PUK) to unlock the handset. This is a code that is needed to unlock your mobile. If your mobile asks for a PUK, please contact us to obtain your code.
