The following guidance is for customers that have been contacted by TalkTalk to advise that their account will be transitioned to Utility Warehouse.
We will let you know 30 days before the move to Utility Warehouse, and Utility Warehouse will contact you immediately afterwards to let you know the transition was successful.
Once your account has been transferred to Utility Warehouse, they will write to you to let you know your new account number.
Yes, your router that you use today will continue to work as normal.
No, you won't experience any loss of service during the move to Utility Warehouse.
No, you'll keep the same phone number.
If you have one of the following email address domains - pobroadband.co.uk or mypostoffice.co.uk , you can continue to use it.
Unless you've been told by Utility Warehouse that your account has been transferred, please continue to contact TalkTalk as you normally would.
Utility Warehouse will not be making any changes to your pricing or package. Once you move to Utility Warehouse, there may be slight differences to your package, however the price you pay for your services will be no higher that it was with TalkTalk.
Any complaint that hasn't been resolved at the time of your transfer will be passed over to Utility Warehouse
Your direct Debit will be with Utility Warehouse once you move over, they will provide all the relevant details once you've successfully transitioned.
Your contract term will remain the same, Utility Warehouse will notify you when this is coming to an end to advise you of the options available.
There isn't an option to opt-out of the move to Utility Warehouse.
