Due to storms Eowyn & Hermina, some of our customers may be currently experiencing service issues.
The storms are expected to cause disruption over a number of days, causing widespread damage, power outages and major disruption to the UK's broadband network.
The challenging conditions are severely impacting transportation and mobility, making it difficult for our teams to reach customer premises. Consequently, this has resulted in a number of missed jobs and appointments. As a result, Openreach have declared an MBORC (Matters Beyond Our Reasonable Control) in the following areas:
- Northern Ireland
- East Scotland
- West Central Scotland
Our team are working closely with Openreach to get things back on track as quickly as possible.
