Within the myMail screens, there seems to be no menu option to perform this routine function.
Please can you guide me to where I might find it? Thanks

Within the TalkTalk webmail mailbox settings there is an Auto forward option. However, my advice is not to use it because Gmail will reject mail that has a strict Sender Policy Framework (SPF) setting that does not authenticate the TalkTalk Mail senders to send on the incoming mail. So you may not receive all inbound mail.
However, if you insist on using the Auto Forward:
Select here: Sign in to TalkTalk Mail
Enter your email address and password, select Sign in.
- Select the Main Settings menu icon triple line icon top right on the blue header
(Mobile browser? use the desktop version) - Select Settings from the top of the menu
- Select the inward facing arrowhead by Mail (or Email) in the left side panel
- Select Auto Forward and Enable
Enter the Gmail Email address
Select Keep a copy of the message (so you can come back and check for mail that's rejected by Gmail)
You are advised to collect your mail from the TalkTalk Inbox using the Gmail POP3 collection method. See your Gmail account settings.
