Not receiving all my email

I am not receiving all of the emails sent to my tiscali account.  I am also concern as to what emails i am not receiving. Anyone know if there is a fix?

Hi Holly,

 

Thanks for confirming. There may be a slight delay between different email domains.

I have received some of the emails i sent to myself from my gmail account, but not ones that my daughter sent, or any of the emails sent from my work account, which isnt gmail.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

We just won't know until staff can pick this up tomorrow, @Holly0597.

 

A few people may have tried to contact Talktalk via Chat / social media etc.
