I understand that I may soon lose access to my tiscali.co.uk email. I am a current TalTalk customer. I think all relevant information is in my profile. Could you please ensure that my email is linked to my broadband account.

@DavidL95, thank you for this. Now that you have answered all of these questions, I have escalated this matter to our email team which will need a period of 48hours to resolve this matter. 🙂

1. Yes I am a TalkTalk broadband customer (as I said in my original post).
2. Due to various problems I have lost a significant number of recent emails, so have no idea.
3. No, there is no red banner on webmail
I have read the linked help and filled in the required information in my profile. I want to ensure I do not lose access to my email when the deadline expires in a few days.

Are you a TalkTalk broadband customer?
Have you received an email to transfer to Everymail?
Do you see a red banner when accessing Webmail?
