I need to log in every time I seek to access my inbox even though the stay signed in box is ticked. Why?

Hi Tansea, I've found something on the microsoft support chat that might help you resolve this.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Thanks for replying. I use Microsoft Edge but also have a Avast Secure Browser installed but not used.

Hi Tansea, I suspect it will be your browser settings. What browser are you using?
