Unable to send @tiscali.co.uk emails

Hello

I have a TalkTalk Broadband Account and an @Tiscali.co.uk email address.

I have been receiving emails without any issue.

But I have been unable to send them.  Last successful email was sent on 1 August 2025 (not sure when issue occurred as only tried sending out an email a couple of days ago).

I have an iPhone X

On trying to send email this message appears

"cannot send mail

The server rejected one or more of the recipient' addresses

The message has been placed in your Outbox'

I have a MacBook Air

On trying to send email this message appears

'Cannot send message using the server tiscali.co.uk

The server response was XXXX@tiscali.co.uk>sender address rejected. You are blocked sending mail.

I have not altered any of the email settings on my iPhone or MacBook.

Any help/advice on this much appreciated so that I can send out emails again

Thank you so much for letting us know that your email address are now working, everything is now sorted and you should not be getting anymore notice about EveryMail moving forward. Is there anything else I can assist you with?

Hi Phili

 

I am now able to both receive and send emails from the 2 email addresses Iisted in my private notes xxxx@tiscali.co.uk and xxxx@talktalk.net)

 

I presume that these 2 email addresses are now associated with my broadband account.

I will raise an escalation to try and get the emails unblocked and that will take 48 working hours to complete. The emails will not be linked to the account as yet, but they will look into blocking them so that you can make use of the emails.

Thanks for your response.  I have now updated my personal profile and added my @Tiscali email address to the private notes section.  I have also added a @talktalk.net email address as I believe this is still an active email address on my TalkTalk account.

 

Please keep me updated on the process of restoring my emails.

Hi

 

When I sign into my Tiscali email account there is a warning "Final Notice: Act Now or Lose Access to your Email ...etc

 

From a bit of online research it seems that as a current TalkTalk broadband customer I should not need to subscribe and be charged for Everymail (only ex customers who wish to keep legacy TalkTalk email addresses).

 

Please advise
