email settings pop3 tiscali email address ms outlook

I can't find any email settings for a pop3 @Tiscali email address that work in ms outlook

google is full of advice about IMAP but I can't get a login to work in ms outlook using port 995 and 587. I have verified the username and password work fine logging in to webmail.

any help?
