Email not working for 10 days   Many hours on phone to technician at customer service.  They gave up.

Promised to have someone call back, surprise surprise   no one has.  Asked to change email address told cant be done.

Any suggestions ?? Am at wits end

Hi frustrationinc, I can see you're sending your mail onto another address. What was going wrong when you try to login to webmail?

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
