talk talk mobile all for emails only allowing me to view emails - cannot reply, compose, etc.

My emails are working fine on my laptop and has been upgraded, but the app i have on my mobile is only letting me view emails, i cannot reply, compose, etc.  Presumably i need to upgrade my mobile app - how do i do this ?

Does your mobile have the Android operating system or is it an iPhone?

Are you accessing email via an Internet browser or the Email app? Which browser or app?
