City Fibre installed my full fibre line on Wednesday 21st June, they also connected the router (Eero pro 6). After 2 days I'm still not live. Calling Talktalk customer service is a nightmare, I haven't been given an account number yet so no one can assist me further. No letters from Talktalk yet with an account number. So how long will I have to wait to go live?
