Parts of the UK recently experienced extensive lightning storms and heavy rain. This caused damage to the Openreach network, with impact to connections both above and below ground, and an increase in faults are being reported as a result.
Openreach have informed us that repair activities in the below areas will be delayed while they work through the requests:
- North East Scotland
- Swansea & West Wales
Openreach is taking steps, including directing additional engineers into these areas, to bring your services back online as quickly as possible. We'll continue to monitor the situation and update you with progress from the Openreach team. Thank you for your patience.

Our engineers have now fixed the issue. We're continuing to monitor the situation,howeveryou should now be able to use My Account as normal.
Some customers are currently having difficulties logging in and using My Account. Our engineers are investigating this as a priority.
