Slow broadband speeds and TV pixelation at peak times

We're aware that some customers in the below areas may experience slow broadband speeds and TV pixelation at peak times. This is due to congestion on the Openreach network at these exchanges. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time and assure you that Openreach is in the process of installing new equipment to reduce congestion
Latest Update - 7.32am 19th February: Openreach engineers have restored service in the areas marked in green below and continue to work on the remaining areas.

Loss of Service at Allhallows Exchange

We're aware of some customers connected at the Allhallows exchange who are having issues with their services. Our engineers are looking into this as a priority.
