Hi I have the Fibre 65 plan and they are doing work to change us over to digital phone system
My router does not have a green socket on the back - they are all yellow.
I am really worried about the change over and losing my landline phone system as I am elderly and disabled.
Do I need a new router with a green socket?? also I have a Panasonic phone system with 2 extensions.
Any help and advice would be much appreciated as some people say you have to do nothing and others tell me all sorts of horror stories.
Can anyone explain to me what will happen?
Many thanks

Thak you so much for your patience, looking into your account you are already flagged as our priority customer, TalkTalk will offer full support during the migration. I am unable to locate the full fibre order or notes stating you are being migrated to VoIP. Please confirm if you were sent communication advising so?
You will not lose your landline if you stay on a package that includes digital voice VoIP
If your account is being upgraded to a digital system, you will be sent a new router that support VOIP or an adaptor. However I would advise please contact the full fibre team to ensure they are upgrading you to VOIP and not full fibre data only,
You can contact the team on 03451720074 - VOICE - Mon-Fri: 9am-7pm; Sat: 9am-6pm; Sun: closed.
