On Sat 18th Feb early my broadband went down. Rang TT and went through the motions - nothing, engineer booked.
Mon 20th very early engineer arrived did some tests.
New router and leads and sorted, back online.
Loads of Kudos for TT.
Now I will have to negotiate a new contract in April. I have been with TT for 15 years with not much problems.
I hope to see my Pilot face to face
