Renewing BB contract option in email not available on site

Got a email saying my tt Fast  Bb Plus contract ends on 30/11/20 and I can renew at 21.95 a month for 18 months .  Clicked the more info link login and a pop up comes up with "RENEW" or "NO THANKS" options  click renew and goes to Renew/Upgrade page with various TV and BB options the cheapest is £26 a month for 38MB fast fibre, but i cannot get fibre and am on asdl at 10M.

How do I get the 21.95/month deal in the email s there is no option for this?

Sorted by chat I now have fast fibre even thought there is no fibre available but cost is similar so I'm not loosing out if as i suspect it's just a name change and i'm on the same technology
