Hi Support,
I cancelled the service in November 2022, yet got charged an extra month, however that invoice was then subsequently credited after contacting support on phone (for an hour! passed around 3 different people! this happened twice so am reluctant to contact on phone any longer).
After looking at my credit score recently I noticed it had been hit by the talktalk unpaid invoice which was cancelled. Please rectify immediately.
