TalkTalk retention team contacted me and offered me a deal 4th December put £80 into my account said it would go live 7th January. 3rd January contacted talktalk to say I had not received my full fibre equipment only to be told that they had cancelled order without informing me, but would rebook it. I was annoyed but took them at their word. I had been with talktalk since its start never had a problem. They gave me a date for the 4th February. Gave them a call on 20th January to be told it’s been cancelled by talktalk again in the meantime I’m paying out of contract prices. According to there terms of service I’m entitled to compensation if they fail to meet the agreed dates. No explanation why it keeps being cancelled other than an error code.
