Hi ya,

Does no one proof read emails before they send them out, why on earth would i want to pay £2 per month more for the same contract and speeds i am getting now?

Ive fed this back previously but to explain, because you are a fixed price plus customer, if you stay on the current price, (option1) you will go out of contract and therefore be subject April price rises. So option 2 and 3 of renewing/ upgrading may be better in the long run.
