Hi

Can anyone advise me what would be causing my Internet to be going off then returning about 5 mins later only to be doing it again. Happened about 7 times tonight and I have gone through all the trouble shooting steps as advised. Plus my guaranteed speed has dropped after doing a connection check. 

Just renewed and I'm beginning to wish I hadn't 

Sorry for the rant but this is becoming frustrating

@Raymond123, please add your Talktalk landline number  / account number to your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your account. 

 

Go via your avatar/name; settings; Personal Information; SAVE CHANGES. 

 

LEAVE THE ROUTER ON. Staff will check your line for disconnections when they pick up your thread during the day. 

 

They are on here Monday to Friday.
