None of my router cables fit my phone socket - what micro filter do I need to buy?

See images in doc below for reference

Essentially router cables do not fit phone socket - I've bought these micro filters but do not know if they will work:

Hi InternetPerson,

The router cable has an RJ11 connector, it will fit in either of the ADSL ports on the two micro-filters that you have posted links too. Please let me know if you need any more information

@Gliwmaeden2  I've already tried your method and it didn't work hence I uploaded a word document. Also, the system allows you to upload a word document. Your points on malware are quite frankly wrong because the system wouldn't allow me to upload a word document in the first place - your statement essentially implies that TalkTalk have a weak security system and in that case, nobody should be posting on the forum.

Please stay on topic

@InternetPerson, it's far better if you use the camera icon or image icon to load pictures.

The attachment file you posted requires opening with different software, and customers and staff are always vulnerable to malware in links.

The image icon is the one on the right here, when typing my message:

You just select your image and give it time to load.

Debbie, it is clear from the pictures which master socket that I have in my possession. The picture has already been posted on this thread. And no, TalkTalk has not sent me any microfilters

Hi InternetPerson

Just to confirm which master socket do you have?

Would it be possible to post a photo of the master socket on this thread?

You should have received microfilters with your router, did you not receive this?
