Trying to check my Broadband speed but keep getting message "url rejected"; tried telephoning help-line but cannot make responder understand problem

Glad to hear it's working again, yes, hopefully it was just a temporary problem

Chris, I was using, or trying to use, the T/T speed checker. Strangley enough I tried again a few minutes ago and it worked ! Perhaps the "url rejected "  message was a temporary glitch.
