Router power adapter failed

Hi,

 

Earlier today, the power adapter of my router failed - a tad disappointing as the router is less than 3 months old.

 

I have borrowed an adapter from a neighbour to get up and running, but will need to return this.

 

Could I please ask if this is the best place to obtain one? I'm struggling to find an option in the account/help settings.

Yes, thank you ever so much Debbie.

 

I have only used the new power supply on the 'old' router, but I guess it's maybe best to swap out the router too.

 

All up and running though. Thanks again.
